It's a short drive to many of the popular West Maui sites and has access to a community pool and small beach cove just a 3 minute walk from the house. It features two levels, with the main level not involving any stairs and has 2 of the 5 bedrooms. No other homes are visible from your back lanai, ensuring your absolute privacy and the other decks around the home offer a variety of views and environments including the front deck featuring a private spa and BBQ grill. 

There's a walkway down through an amazing, lush valley to the beach cove and oceanfront/pool area right from your home. You’ll wind through a grove filled w/ mango trees as you walk to the beautiful Pacific Ocean with no streets to cross in just 3 minutes. There is driveable access as well so that your mom can enjoy this space as well. The saline, heated pool is shared with the other homes in the private development as well as a small, sandy entrance to the beach with a fresh water shower and bathrooms and plenty of lounge chairs. The beach is swimmable with appropriate conditions and there is a large family of Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles that live in the cove that can be seen virtually every day. 

This home offers a lot of what you're looking for. The only thing that stands out to me as a potential hiccup is the guest bathroom on the Main level is a bathtub only and it looks like a soaking tub, which is not easily accessible for your mom. She'd be comfortable in the master bedroom, though - that shower has zero entry barriers and looks like a dream come true!
